Your daily duties will include:Planning, hosting, and producing TikTok Live Streams to promote products and boost engagementCreating and scheduling short-form video content across TikTok and other platformsDesigning creative backdrops and full setups for live streamsWriting and publishing engaging marketing content across TikTok, LinkedIn, and emailManaging monthly ad budgets across TikTok, Facebook, Google, and Microsoft AdsMonitoring campaign performance using analytics tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, and CometlyMaking data-driven adjustments to improve campaign results and ROIPublishing content through CMS platforms, including WordPress, Shopify, Klaviyo, and Meta Business SuiteUsing Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Premiere Pro, Photoshop) to create digital content for campaignsSupporting TikTok affiliate campaigns, email marketing and paid media strategiesLiaising with clients, presenters, co-founders, and suppliers to coordinate campaign executionFull training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the team at Baltic Apprenticeships.Desired Qualities, Skills and KnowledgeConfident and outgoing personalityA passion for digital marketing and the fast-paced world of social mediaComfortable sharing and developing new ideasHighly organised and willing to get involved across different platforms and toolsA Grade 5/C in GCSE Maths and a Grade 4/C in GCSE English is required for this roleSalary, Hours & BenefitsHours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week28 days holiday, including bank holidaysFree luxury beauty products (via TikTok Live samples)Smart casual dress codeOffice takeawaysTeam outings and team building activities 1–2 times per monthThis apprenticeship will provide you with all the experience, support, and tools needed to thrive in the digital marketing space.
