We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Apprentice to join our growing team and bring fresh ideas to our online presence.As an apprentice, you’ll get hands-on experience creating content, running campaigns, and connecting with customers. All while earning a wage and gaining a qualification. With plenty of support, you’ll build confidence, learn valuable skills, and open the door to an exciting future in marketing.In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.**A Typical Day in the Job:*** Promote medical services through social media, email, and online campaigns.* Help manage and update the website and booking system for easy customer access.* Create and schedule content such as blogs, news posts, and graphics to boost brand awareness.* Track campaign performance using analytics tools and report on results.* Support customer communications by responding to enquiries on email and social platforms.* Assist in promoting schemes like D4Discounts to encourage loyalty and repeat bookings.* Work with the team to ensure all digital activity reflects D4Drivers’ professional values.Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the team at Baltic Apprenticeships.**Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge*** Enjoy being creative and making content like posts, blogs, and graphics.* Feel confident using email and social media to communicate with customers.* Show interest in learning how to update websites and use online tools.* Be able to look at campaign results and suggest ways to improve them.* Pay attention to detail so content and responses are clear and accurate.* Work well with others and support the team on marketing projects.* Care about good customer service and promoting loyalty schemes.* Be willing to learn new skills and take on different tasks.**Salary, Hours & Benefits*** £16,000* 8:30am – 4:30pm Monday to Friday* Additional leave* Employee discount* Free Parking* Gym membership* Health & Wellbeing programme* On-site parking* Store discountThis apprenticeship programme will provide you with everything you need to launch and develop your career in digital marketing.
