Overview

The Global Demand Generation Marketing Manager will lead and implement marketing strategies to drive pipeline generation for The Insurer products across global markets. The role will work closely with sales teams and other internal functions such as product management, customer success, pricing and revenue optimization, finance and operations to develop effective marketing campaigns and strategies to support pipeline generation efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute marketing campaigns to drive leads, nurture, and convert across multiple audience groups
  • Utilize internal, external and social channels to build a campaign
  • Work with partners to build industry relationships and access channels to target audience groups
  • Budget planning and RoI tracking
  • Develop value based copy, content & campaigns to drive leads
  • Execute and manage processes to ensure smooth operation of strategic marketing plans, performance measurement and marketing infrastructure understanding and usage
  • Collaborate on the execution of worldwide, regional or local marketing and promotional activities and coordinate marketing deliverables and related activities across key internal cross-functional groups
  • Work alongside the sales team to ensure incoming leads are effectively utilized and lead to conversion
  • Utilize tracking data and analytics to build and inform campaigns
  • Build and manage sales decks for event and advertising clients
  • Develop and execute content marketing plans in alignment with product strategy, business objectives, and demand generation pipeline goals
  • Create and curate content marketing materials, media, sales enablement tools, and other communications assets
  • Contribute ideas, research topics and develop relevant content to support the broader content marketing editorial calendar
  • Create keyword-optimized content for organic search visibility

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Master's degree a plus.
  • Proven experience (typically 4+ years) in B2B demand generation/lead generation roles preferably within professional services or technology industries.
  • Experience managing digital marketing channels including email, social media, SEO/SEM, and display advertising.
  • Excellent project management skills with ability to prioritize multiple projects and deliver against tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively
  • Ability to build strong relationships internally and externally at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to influence without authority and work collaboratively across functional areas.
  • Ability to analyze data and use metrics to inform decision making and measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop innovative marketing strategies that align with overall business objectives.
