OverviewCRM Marketing Executive – £Competitive Salary Package – Permanent – ChesterAn exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced marketing team as a CRM Executive, where you\'ll play a key role in optimising CRM communications to drive online transactions.Reporting into the CRM Manager.ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end email campaign delivery: build, test, schedule, deploy, and monitor.Focus on Trade, cross-sell, and upsell communications.Collaborate with internal stakeholders and creative teams to source campaign assets.Share campaign performance insights across marketing and commercial teams.Work closely with UX/design teams to enhance content engagement.Apply CRM best practices including dynamic content, A/B testing, and performance metrics.Leverage ecommerce knowledge to support campaign effectiveness.Skills & ExperienceExperience in CRM communications (email/SMS/Push).Some experience in Marketing with a focus on CRM duties is also desirableStrong understanding of A/B testing and campaign execution.Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred).Proficient in Google Analytics and Excel.B2C / Retail sector experience beneficial but not essential.Commercially minded, results-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.CRM cross-sell/upsell techniques - preferredKnowledge of Campaign implementation, Marketing automation tools, Salesforce ExactTarget/Marketing Cloud, Google AnalyticsBenefits£Competitive Salary Package25 days holiday + bank holidaysPension schemeOnsite parkingPlus other company benefits #J-18808-Ljbffr
