This role is pivotal to ensuring that users feel connected, educated, supported and inspired throughout their journey with Farillio, contributing directly to user satisfaction and retention.This is a hybrid role so you will be required to attend the London office one day a week and for team meetingsSkills and experienceProven experience in email marketing or customer engagement roles, preferably for a digital platformProficiencywith email marketing platforms eg Hubspot, Mailchimp, Intercom or similar toolsA data driven mindset with experience in analysing performance metric and optimising campaignsA creative flair, including strong copywriting skills with a focus on clarity, engagement and personalisationExcellent project management, communication, listening and negotiation skillsThe ability to manage multiple projects and relationships simultaneously, ensuring timely execution while working both independently and collaboratively as part of a teamThe ability to work under pressure when required and the passion to go the extra mile when neededIdeally youYou have previously worked at a fast moving start-up where you're experienced first hand the pace, agility and cross-team collaboration often needed to deliver projects and/tasks quickly #J-18808-Ljbffr
