This role sits at the intersection of creativity, data, and culture—helping shape campaigns that resonate in key European markets and drive results for a fast-moving travel brand.In this Role, you\'ll be responsible for:ResponsibilitiesCreative Strategy & Development: Lead the creation of performance-optimized marketing assets for social media, paid ads, email, app stores, and other digital channelsDevelop market-specific creative adaptations for UK, Italian, and Spanish audiencesEstablish and maintain brand visual guidelines for rail marketingLocalization & Cultural Adaptation: Adapt global campaigns to resonate with local markets while maintaining brand consistencyStay current with regional trends, holidays, and platform behaviors to inform creative directionCollaborate with local teams and agencies to ensure cultural relevancePerformance Optimization: Implement A/B and multivariate testing frameworks to improve creative performanceAnalyze campaign metrics to identify high-performing creative elementsWork closely with growth teams to align creative with conversion goalsQualifications5+ years experience in performance-driven creative marketing, preferably in travel or e-commerceProven track record of developing converting marketing creativesStrong understanding of Meta and TikTok advertising best practicesExperience with creative testing methodologies and optimizationExcellent collaboration skills to work with designers, copywriters, and market teamsWorking knowledge of Italian or SpanishExperience in marketing in UK/European marketsBackground in travel or transportation industryWhy Trip.com GroupWe offer a stage to unleash your full potential and drive global impact.
