The RoleThe company is seeking a hands-on, ideas-driven Creative Marketing Manager to bring the brand to life across social, email, and content channels. This is not just about managing marketing activity — it’s about shaping a distinctive voice, aesthetic, and storytelling style that cuts through in a crowded lifestyle space. You’ll balance creativity with strategic thinking, ensuring content feels fresh, inspiring, and engaging, while also delivering measurable impact.Key responsibilities include:Creating standout, mobile-first content (video and stills) that excites and engages audiences.Planning and coordinating shoots end-to-end, ensuring assets are compelling and on-brand.Managing and growing social channels (Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn), with a focus on high-quality content, strong storytelling, and boosting engagement.Building and deploying email campaigns (Klaviyo), from copywriting and scheduling to segmentation and optimisation.Writing impactful copy across all channels, ensuring tone of voice is consistent, creative, and engaging.Analysing performance and leveraging insights to continually refine content and strategy.Supporting brand activations, events, and shoots — capturing both live moments and behind-the-scenes content.This role will suit someone who thrives in dynamic, creative-first environments — able to generate bold ideas, craft compelling narratives, and bring them to life with originality and flair.The PersonThe ideal candidate will have a blend of creative and strategic marketing experience, ideally gained in fashion, lifestyle, beauty, or other buzzy consumer brands known for strong storytelling and brand identity.They’ll be as comfortable creating content and writing copy as they are analysing performance and planning campaigns.Key requirements:Experience in a creative marketing role, ideally in fashion/lifestyle/beauty or other design-led brands with strong social storytelling.Proven ability to create engaging content (iPhone photography, videography, editing).Strong copywriting skills, with the ability to adapt tone and craft compelling narratives.In-depth knowledge of social platforms and email marketing (Klaviyo experience a plus).Organised, proactive, and able to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.Analytical mindset — confident using data to drive decisions.This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to step up, take ownership, and play a pivotal role in shaping a buzzy, forward-thinking brand during a key stage of its journey.4 days a week in office in London.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionMarketingIndustriesRetailLocation: London, United Kingdom.
