You will be responsible for creating relevant and customer-focused content for use across all of our marketing channels which will drive engagement with our target audience as you position the company as a thought leader, reinforcing our position as an industry leader and go-to partner of choice for our customers.The Content Marketing Manager will be responsible for the variation of content to maximise engagement with different decision markers and influencer job roles, to reflect their different requirements in addition to localisation of content for maintaining relevance in different geographic regions.What you’ll be doing as a Content Marketing ManagerCreating relevant client-led content which address the latest industry topics and drives engagementWorking with clients to create joint branded thought leadership contentMeasuring impact of content featured within marketing campaignsEnabling creation of relevant content which helps Thredd’s position as an innovator and industry leaderLeveraging key industry events for publication of content to maximise reach and impactComprehensively proof-reading processes for managing quality controlWhat you’ll bring to the Content Marketing Manager positionProven experience in content marketing, content strategy, or editorial roles within a B2B environment, preferable in FinTech or paymentsExperience in creating diverse content types including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, website copy, video scripts, email copy, social posts and thought leadership articlesStrong capability in crafting content tailored to different buyer personas, including decision makers and influencers across functions such as product, technology, risk and complianceAbility to adapt tone, format and messaging for different stages of the funnel and job rolesExperiencing localising content for different geographic regions, ensuring cultural and regulatory relevance while maintaining global brand consistencyExceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills with a meticulous eye for grammar, clarity, tone and structureStrong storytelling ability with a strategic approachFamiliarity with integrating content across web, email, social and paid digital channels to support brand awareness and lead generationAbility to measure the impact of content on key marketing KPIs such as engagement, lead quality, pipeline contribution and brand visibilityWhere you’ll workOur working model varies depending on the specific role and team requirements.
