This is an exciting opportunity for a marketer who can balance big-picture strategy with hands-on content creation.The RoleYou'll be responsible for creating and executing content-led campaigns designed to build brand awareness, generate quality leads, and engage decision-makers across key sectors such as:Packaging, Food, Medical, Water, Plastics, and WoodworkingPharma, Biotech, Coating, Semiconductors, Solar, Analytics, and ResearchThis is a highly collaborative role working across local sales teams and global marketing functions to ensure messaging, campaigns, and market positioning are fully aligned.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct in-depth market and customer research to uncover insights and opportunities.Analyse competitors to inform messaging and positioning.Shape UK marketing strategy in line with global direction and local priorities.Plan and deliver integrated content campaigns focused on lead generation and customer engagement.Create high-impact marketing materials such as white papers, articles, case studies, email campaigns, social media content, press releases, and webinar scripts.Collaborate with global market coordinators and local sales teams to tailor content for UK audiences.Represent the brand at trade shows and customer visits to gather insights and support campaign development.Monitor campaign performance and apply data-driven insights to improve future initiatives.What You'll BringProven experience in developing and executing B2B marketing strategies, ideally within technical or industrial sectors.Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with a focus on complex subject matter.Hands-on experience delivering successful content campaigns across multiple channels.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms.Solid understanding of the buyer's journey and the sales and marketing funnel.Key Performance IndicatorsVolume and quality of leads generated through campaignsContent engagement metrics (e.g. website visits, email open rates, social shares)ROI from marketing campaignsWhat's on OfferSalary up to £45,000 depending on experienceExcellent benefits packageFlexible hybrid working modelThe services advertised are those of an Employment Agency. #J-18808-Ljbffr
