Our building is modern and light with each bedroom having a garden view.Job responsibilitiesContent Planning & Creation- SEO Content Delivery -Take primary responsibility for delivering our SEO content roadmap, writing andediting optimised, brand-aligned, and compliant copy for web pages, landingpages, and articles.- Public Relations (PR) -Take ownership of creating press releases andcoordinating interviews to build media presence and support the charity'smission.- Social Copy - Manage and deliver our organic Facebook/LinkedIn contentstrategy to complement paid campaigns and engage audiences.- Digital Content Activities - Ensure that all digital content (website,social media, and email newsletters) is accurate, timely, and regularlyrefreshed. Source and update photography, video content, and written copy tokeep our digital channels engaging and relevant.Website Management & Digital Presence- Website Maintenance - Maintain and develop the Tapping House website,ensuring it is current, user-friendly, and search-optimised.- SEO & Analytics - Support Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) effortsto improve Tapping House's online visibility and organic search rankings. Thisincludes assisting with keyword research, on-page optimisation, technical SEOaudits, and monitoring backlink profiles. You will help monitor websiteanalytics (e.g., Google Analytics) to track performance and assist in producingquarterly website analytics.- Technical Liaison - Act as a liaison with external web developmentagencies or internal IT teams for website maintenance and updates.Campaign Support & Performance Monitoring- Campaign Execution - Assist in the development and implementation ofmulti-channel marketing campaigns (e.g., awareness, fundraising appeals,service promotion) from concept to completion, with a focus on deliveringhigh-impact content for each channel.- Performance Monitoring - Track and analyse content performance(including SEO and PR) using data to drive continuous optimisation.- Measurement & Reporting - Help set and track Key PerformanceIndicators (KPIs) for campaigns.
