The person we’re looking for can do more than just ‘run campaigns. We need someone who can drive growth, hit ambitious targets, and own the end-to-end strategy for how we engage with schools, teachers, parents, and kids in a very competitive market. With the National Year of Reading arriving in 2026, this is an opportunity to make a real difference with your ideas, energy, and commercial creativity. What You’ll Do: Deliver ambitious commercial goals : Own and beat revenue targets across both B2B (schools) and B2C (direct-to-parent spend). Create copy that sells:  From sharp social short form to persuasive long form, your words will grab attention and turn it into action. Demonstrate channel mastery: Create, test and scale high impact campaigns aimed at parents and teachers across TikTok, Instagram and whatever comes next. I nfluence and impact our market: Tailor messages that resonate with teachers one moment and parents the next. Innovate constantly: Testing, tweaking, breaking rules and discovering new ways to stand out.
