We are seeking an experienced Travel Marketing & Commercial Manager to join a fabulous travel company to due success and expansion, hybrid working model.
This is an exciting and varied position responsible for executing commercial and marketing plans to build brand visibility, revenue growth, customer acquisition and retention.

Travel Marketing & Commercial Manager Duties:
* Execute marketing and product strategies aligned with company goals.
* Support the product portfolio performance, ensuring profitability & market relevance across all product lines.
* Assist in forecasting and managing revenue targets across marketing and product lines.
* Plan and deliver multichannel marketing activity to drive customer acquisition, conversion, and loyalty.
* Oversee paid media, SEO, email, organic social, partnerships, and offline marketing.
* Create and manage PR initiatives including media relations, press releases, and press trips.
* Contribute to pricing strategies and revenue models for products and campaigns.
* Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform commercial strategy.
* Build and manage Partnership strategies with tourist boards, cruise lines, and other strategic partners.
* Support commercial negotiations with suppliers and external partners.
* Manage agencies and retainer partners to ensure commercial value and alignment.
* Conduct strategic marketing and product analysis to guide commercial decisions.
* Lead, mentor, and support a small crossfunctional team across the marketing and product departments
Travel Marketing & Commercial Manager – Essential Requirements:
* Proven experience in a commercial, product, or marketing management role within the travel industry.
* Handson marketing experience across digital and offline channels, with a focus on performance and ROI.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with confidence in representing the business externally.
* Experience leading and developing small teams.
* Understanding of product development, contracting, and supplier negotiation.
* Happy to work hybrid 2 days a week in the office
