NestLink Solutions Ltd is a PropTech SaaS platform transforming the UK conveyancing process. We offer a unified platform where buyers, sellers, and professionals can access the same timeline, tasks, and updates in real-time, enhancing clarity and accountability. Our goal is to reduce the chaos, ensuring the conveyancing process is efficient and stress-free for all parties involved. We are not a law firm or estate agent, but rather the connective tissue that ensures seamless collaboration between them. We are developing a second piece of proprietary AI technology for architectural AI compliance checking. We are trying to build a stellar team capable of attracting large levels of investment.

Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Chief Marketing Officer, based in London with some work from home flexibility. The Chief Marketing Officer will be responsible for overseeing the overall marketing strategy, conducting market research, managing public relations efforts, and leading the eventual marketing and sales teams. At this stage the role is pre-launch and involves developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans, identifying target audiences, developing professional relationships and ensuring marketing initiatives align with business objectives.

  • Sales and Marketing skills
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the PropTech or real estate industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

Remuneration

Remuneration will be contract based and/or partial equity based depending on individual candidates and experience. We expect the role to take a maximum of 2-3 days per month until we approach launch, at which point we want to launch hard and fast to market and the marketing strategy will be key to this, subject to raising funds and investment.
