Overview

We’re Plum, a smart saving and investing app on a mission to help grow money for life. We’re looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to shape Plum's story and bring it to life across every customer touchpoint. This role sits at the heart of our marketing team — connecting strategy, creative, and campaigns. It’s ideal for someone with 2-4 years of experience in brand marketing (ideally in a tech or high-growth company) who wants to take real ownership, work in a fast-moving environment, and help build one of Europe’s most exciting fintech brands.

Plum has grown since 2016 to serve millions across Europe, with awards from Deloitte, Finder, and more. Our 200+ team members work across Europe to achieve our mission.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Plum's brand strategy end-to-end.
  • Translate brand positioning into campaigns and content that resonate with customers.
  • Act as the day-to-day owner of Plum's brand marketing projects, ensuring deadlines are met and outputs are impactful.
  • Collaborate with our creative studio (design, content, video) to deliver high-quality, on-brand work.
  • Manage Plum's brand calendar — campaigns, partnerships, activations, and thought leadership.
  • Support Plum's social media presence: shaping brand voice, guiding content, and ensuring channel consistency.
  • Analyze campaign and channel performance, feeding insights back into future strategy.
  • Champion Plum's brand internally and externally, ensuring consistency across channels and teams.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years' experience in brand marketing, ideally at a tech, fintech, or high-growth B2C company.
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy and how it translates into campaigns, content, and social media.
  • Confident working with social media platforms and shaping brand presence online, though the role is not purely social media.
  • Highly proactive, resourceful, and able to take ownership without waiting for instruction.
  • Sharp thinker with the ability to distill complex ideas into clear, simple narratives.
  • Collaborative: thrives in a team, values feedback, and helps others succeed.
  • Intelligent, curious, and excited about working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Passion for technology and a genuine interest in shaping a mission-driven brand.
