OverviewThe Brand Marketing Manager will be responsible for maximising brand desire and intent to purchase across retail, wholesale and ecommerce channels, by coordinating and rolling out considered and effective 360 degree seasonal marketing campaigns and activations targeting direct and indirect customers and loyalists, ultimately delivering sales in line with business ambitions. This role is for an exemplary marketing professional, who understands and can action effective tactical brand marketing plans to reach strategic goals. An excellent copywriter, the role will assist in presenting the Emilia Wickstead tone of voice across a variety of written touchpoints. A team player, the Marketing Manager must have an ability to manage internal day-to-day deadlines, and external agencies, manage long term projects, propose creative and innovative solutions that meet commercial and brand requirements, have an ability to influence their peers and, above all, have excellent organisation and communication skills.Campaign managementPlan and implement the omni-channel seasonal marketing strategy to tie back to the overall brand strategy.Manage and produce all internal photoshoots - negotiating, booking, managing, budgeting photographers, talent, etcOversee the creation of press collateral, including lookbooks, press releases and campaign materials.Delivery of assets to agencies e.g. social media, press, anything graphic design relatedIn collaboration with the Commercial Director, manage the Trading Calendar to ensure all internal stakeholders are aligned on seasonal launches, product focuses and stories each week; delivering a cross channel, cohesive customer experience.Day-to-day marketing sign offs of social media, emails, content reviews, digital ads, retail marketing, etc.Trade marketingFacilitate all wholesale partner marketing and events, working closely with key partners to maximise co-op budgetPartner with the Store Manager and VIC Manager to plan and deliver a store events calendar and drive retail marketingWork with the retail team on traffic generating initiatives and increasing bookings for RTO and bridal through the storeLiaise with the Commercial Director on clienteling program for the year, planning with the retail team to maximise outcomes for foot trafficProduce monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations to optimise future campaigns.Agency managementKey point of liaison for social agency attending weekly meetings and responding to enquiries, supplying information, assets as relevantManage relationships, ensuring effective delivery, reporting, and ROI on digital spend.Special projectsWork hand in hand with the Head of Media Relations to execute London Fashion week from a marketing perspective. Focus on production and content.
