About The Role As Senior Brand Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the strategic direction of the brand. Working at the intersection of customer insight, commercial planning, and creative execution, you’ll champion long-term brand growth while ensuring near-term marketing activity delivers against business priorities. You’ll lead strategic initiatives that deepen audience understanding and enhance brand relevance. Main Duties & Responsibilities
Lead the development of annual and campaign-level brand marketing strategies that align with commercial objectives and customer needs Translate brand positioning into actionable marketing plans across all customer touchpoints Support the definition of long-term brand architecture and market positioning Maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and cultural context, identifying white space opportunities for brand growth Work closely with creative, content, media, and channel teams to ensure brand consistency and optimise for awareness and preference amongst our target market Lead briefing processes across departments to maintain strategic clarity – optimising for brand building activity and campaigns that are commercially sound and customer-centric Lead mid- to upper-funnel campaign planning, working with performance teams to ensure optimal channel mix and brand impact Identify and deliver strategic brand partnerships and collaborations that elevate awareness, consideration, and cultural relevance Aligning with the commercial marketing teams to leverage brand partner funding to further amplify brand spend and deliver best-in-class co-marketing for brand partners
