JOB BAND: C CONTRACT TYPE: Fixed-term Contract/Attachment, Part Time (21 Hours per week) 27 March 2026 (Start date ASAP) DEPARTMENT: BBC Chief Customer Officer Group (TV Content Marketing) LOCATION: London - Hybrid PROPOSED SALARY RANGE: £28,100 - £40,633 pro rata, depending on relevant skills, knowledge and experience. The expected salary range for this role reflects internal benchmarking and external market insights. We're happy to discuss flexible working. As a Brand Marketing Executive, you'll help shape how audiences connect with the BBC's brand - a symbol of trust, creativity, and unity. YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND IMPACT: Support the development of clear, focused campaign briefs (training provided). Collaborate on creative concepts, media planning, and campaign execution. Ensure campaign materials are delivered on time and align with brand standards. Assist or lead on event and partnership activities. Use audience insights to inform creative decisions and improve campaign performance. Monitor campaign effectiveness and proactively flag risks or issues. Work closely with internal teams (Creative, Social Media, Comms, Media) to deliver impactful work. YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA: Experience planning or delivering a campaign or event. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable working collaboratively and giving constructive feedback. Passion for marketing, creativity, and storytelling. DESIRED BUT NOT REQUIRED: Familiarity with the BBC's content, brand guidelines, or values. Interest in media, entertainment, or broadcasting. Understanding of audience engagement, especially with 16-24-year-olds. Flexible and open to learning new approaches and tools. Awareness of current marketing trends and technologies.
