OverviewAs a Marketing Admin Assistant joining on an initial 12 month fixed term contract, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Category, Own Brand, and Events team in executing our campaigns and content. This hands-on, fast-paced position requires excellent organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive mindset. Your responsibilities will include managing the sample flow for photography shoots and ad sets, ensuring that the appropriate products are ordered, monitored, and delivered punctually. You will work closely with the photography team, assisting in the preparation and management of photography briefs to ensure that shoots proceed smoothly and yield successful results. On a daily basis, you will serve as the key contact for general team administration, guaranteeing that processes run efficiently and deadlines are achieved. Your tasks will range from coordinating logistics to maintaining up-to-date systems.
