Working in an innovative and energetic environment, no two days are the same. You’ll gain hands-on experience in the wide number of roles, from Internal Communications and Media Relations to Campaigns, Insights, Brand and Events.What The Day Could Look LikeWorking with a Campaign Activation Manager to brief Aon’s digital agency on a demand program which includes paid LinkedIn, Facebook, Google Search and content syndicationMeeting with business partners to understand their growth prioritiesPlaying an active part in delivering an Aon event attended by 100 clientsSupporting a Campaign Manager to plan a marketing campaign and map the customer journeyCommunicating to more than 6,000 employees in the UKWorking alongside our Media Relations team and PR agencies to develop press releases and field media enquiriesYour DevelopmentDuring the Industrial Placement Programme, you will be enrolled onto our award-winning Development Programme, where over the 12 months you will take part in a wide range of insightful and interactive training and development activities in addition to your role. Key elements include:Business learning: On-the-job learning and experiences enabling you to develop your knowledge of your team and solution lineCentralised learning: UK graduates complete in an Aon Induction, monthly webinars, business skills training and workshops to develop your knowledge of Aon and your networkFeedback: Regular goal-setting with your line manager and ongoing feedback and support throughout the programmeYour career beyond your Industrial PlacementThe placement programme is designed as a potential first step toward a long-term career with us. Your performance during your placement may lead to an offer for a place on our graduate programme in the same business unit the following year. The role aligns with your long-term interests and career ambitions.
