Working in an innovative and energetic environment, no two days are the same. You’ll gain hands-on experience in the wide number of roles, from Internal Communications and Media Relations to Campaigns, Insights, Brand and Events.What the day could look likeWorking with a Campaign Activation Manager to brief Aon’s digital agency on a demand program which includes paid LinkedIn, Facebook, Google Search and content syndicationMeeting with business partners to understand their growth prioritiesPlaying an active part in delivering an Aon event attended by 100 clientsSupporting a Campaign Manager to plan a marketing campaign and map the customer journeyCommunicating to more than 6,000 employees in the UKWorking alongside our Media Relations team and PR agencies to develop press releases and field media enquiriesYour DevelopmentDuring our Industrial placement programme, you will be enrolled onto our award-winning development programme, where over the 12 months, you will have the opportunity to take part in a wide range of insightful and interactive training and development activities in addition to your role. On the job learning and experiences enabling you to develop your knowledge and understanding of your team and solution lineCentralised learning. As a new industrial placement, you will spend the first 6 months based in the office to support your learning, development, and progression. This will enable you access to support from managers, collaborate with colleagues as well as grow your network across Aon.
