Agency Marketing Manager

Overview We're seeking a motivated, organised, and creative Marketing Manager to lead and develop the marketing of our Bray Leino brand. The role focuses on building our profile, generating inbound enquiries, and showcasing the strength of our business, work, culture, and people. You'll be at the heart of a busy, creative, full‑service agency‑working closely with department heads, our "Centres of Excellence", and senior leadership to shape and deliver a marketing programme that grows visibility, strengthens reputation, and creates impact. Responsibilities
Marketing strategy & execution – develop and deliver the Agency's annual marketing plan, balancing profile, inbound demand, and thought leadership. Owned channel leadership – manage the Agency's social channels and website, ensuring they are current, engaging, and reflective of our best work and news. Content & thought leadership – collaborate with internal experts to create standout content that reinforces our market position in key sectors (Food & Drink, B2B, Healthcare). Events & campaigns – plan and run high‑profile campaigns and events, such as industry roundtables and Agency presence at conferences like Marketing in Maritime and B2B Ignite. Partnerships & intermediaries – manage our profile on partner and intermediary platforms (e.g., The Drum, MISSION, procurement portals). Awards programme – lead the Agency's Awards strategy, managing entries and continually improving our win rate. Measurement & reporting – track, analyse, and optimise against performance data to continually grow reach, engagement, and reputation. Recruitment communication – keep the process simple, quick and pain‑free. Expect a call very soon if selected. Qualifications
Experience in a multi‑faceted marketing role across content, campaigns, digital, events and social media. Skilled in copywriting and content development – ability to craft stories and thought leadership with a clear, engaging perspective. Demonstrated knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques (SEO/SEM, analytics, social media management, CMS). Experience in social media marketing, particularly LinkedIn and Instagram, and creating content tailored to those platforms. Self‑motivated and curious, with initiative to deliver outcomes independently. Clear communicator who can build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across all levels of the business. Creative thinker who enjoys exploring new approaches and staying ahead of industry trends. Effective project management skills – able to balance multiple priorities, stakeholders and deadlines.
