MR PORTER is searching for a seasoned candidate to join the award-winning Affiliate & Influencer Marketing Team as an Affiliate & Influencer Marketing Manager. Based in London and reporting to the Head of Affiliate & Influencer Marketing, you will help lead and deliver the global affiliate strategy with a localised approach to drive new customer acquisition for MR PORTER.

What you’ll be doing

  • Lead and manage a team of 2 direct reports, delegating effectively and driving projects end-to-end.
  • Plan and manage the MR PORTER affiliate budget globally.
  • Support the Head of Department in curating the MR PORTER affiliate marketing strategy globally, delegate and execute the strategy, and localise it for regional relevance and commercial KPIs.
  • Take an analytical approach to measure performance across affiliate and influencer activity; establish goals and targets, review and optimise performance, and report on achievements and challenges; propose new KPIs and approaches for partnerships.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align activity (Performance Marketing, Marketing, Creative, PR, Social, Buying).
  • Lead the affiliate channel’s technical optimisation and developments, working with Marketing Intelligence & Tech Teams; manage negotiations for commercial agreements with affiliate networks/agencies.
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with affiliate networks/agency partners, including regular meetings and communications on campaigns, promotions, and priorities.
  • Develop partner strategies with designers, categories and campaigns to amplify business priorities.
  • Build and maintain a favourable reputation for MR PORTER with affiliate partners; establish long-lasting partnerships.
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends; propose innovations to drive growth and brand awareness with a cohesive 360 strategy.
  • Act as brand guardian ensuring activations adhere to MR PORTER brand guidelines.

Who we’re looking for

  • 4–5 years of affiliate marketing experience, ideally in luxury/online retail or at an affiliate agency.
  • Experience with Partnerize or affiliate networks/platforms.
  • Management experience leading teams/projects end-to-end with strong delegation and people development skills.
  • Commercial experience in fast-paced retail environments, with a focus on ROAS and new customer acquisition.
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and Google Analytics; data-led performance optimization.
  • Experience managing agencies and building strategic partnerships with negotiation skills.
  • Self-starter who can work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a positive mindset under pressure.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills across internal teams and external partners.
  • Creative, strategic thinker who shares knowledge and drives growth.
  • Highly organized with good judgment, problem-solving skills, initiative, and a sense of humour.
  • Passionate about the MR PORTER brand with drive to maintain competitive edge in affiliate & influencer marketing.
