MR PORTER is searching for a seasoned candidate to join the award-winning Affiliate & Influencer Marketing Team as an Affiliate & Influencer Marketing Manager. The successful candidate will support and drive the affiliate channel’s success in 2025 and beyond. Based in London and reporting into the Head of Affiliate & Influencer Marketing, you will demonstrate excellent commercial skills, proven digital experience and team leadership capabilities. You will contribute to the definition, implementation and delivery of the global strategy with a localised lens to drive new customer acquisition for MR PORTER.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead and manage a team of 2 direct reports, with proven ability to delegate effectively and drive projects end-to-end
• Plan and manage the MR PORTER affiliate budget globally
• Support the Head of Department in curating the MR PORTER affiliate marketing strategy globally, leading the delegation and execution of the strategy, and localising it to drive regional relevance and commercial KPIs
• Adopt an analytical approach to measure performance across affiliate and influencer activity; establish goals and targets, review, analyse and optimise performance, report on achievements and challenges; propose new KPIs, metrics and approaches to strategic partnerships
• Work collaboratively across departments to align activity, including Performance Marketing, Marketing, Creative, PR, Social and Buying teams
• Lead the affiliate channel’s technical optimisation and developments, working with internal Marketing Intelligence & Tech Teams; lead negotiations for commercial agreements with affiliate networks/agencies
• Own day-to-day relationships with affiliate network/agency partners, including regular meetings, reporting, and communication of campaigns, promotions, priority initiatives and ad-hoc tasks
• Develop designer, category and campaign-led strategies with partners to amplify business priorities
• Proactively build a favourable reputation of MR PORTER to ensure a strong, transparent and collaborative relationship with affiliate partners

• Manage strategic partner relationships to establish long-lasting connections and a strong network of directly managed partnerships
• Monitor and report competitor activity and relevant industry trends
• Propose innovative ideas to drive full-price customer growth, sales and brand awareness with a cohesive 360-degree approach
• Act as a brand guardian; ensure activations through affiliate and influencer channels adhere to MR PORTER brand guidelines

The type of person we are looking for

• 4-5 years of affiliate marketing experience, ideally in luxury and/or online retail or affiliate agency
• Partnerize or other affiliate network/platform experience
• Management experience leading teams and/or projects end-to-end with strong delegation and people development skills
• Proven commercial experience in fast-paced retail environments, driving sales with strong ROAS focus and healthy new customer acquisition
• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and Google Analytics; data-led performance optimization
• Experience managing agencies and building strategic partnerships with excellent negotiation skills
• Self-starter with ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment while maintaining a positive mindset under pressure
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills across internal teams and external partners
• Creative strategic thinker who shares innovative ideas to drive business growth
• Highly organized with good judgment, problem-solving skills and initiative
• Passionate about the MR PORTER brand with a drive to maintain competitive edge in affiliate & influencer marketing
