OverviewAmazon Web Services is seeking a results-driven Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Marketing Manager to design and execute high-impact ABM programs for strategic enterprise customers within the Financial Services Industry and deliver the industry's flagship ABM activations and programs. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to drive measurable business outcomes through targeted marketing initiatives.The Account-Based Marketing Manager will own the end-to-end execution of 1:1 and 1:few ABM programs, working backwards from customer needs to create data-driven, multi-channel campaigns, events, and account level programs that accelerate pipeline and revenue growth. This role requires deep Financial Services expertise, strong project management skills, analytical capabilities, and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesDeliver the flagship global ABM activations and customer programsDesign and execute territory-specific Financial Services ABM campaigns (1:1, 1:few) that align with global frameworks and drive measurable business impactBuild and maintain strong relationships with sales teams to understand account priorities and translate them into effective marketing programsAnalyze customer data, buying signals, and market trends to inform campaign strategy and optimizationCreate and implement multi-channel programs (events, digital, direct) that deliver personalized customer experiencesManage external marketing agencies to build world class programs that scale across territories and regionsPartner with regional marketing teams to ensure ABM programs complement broader field marketing effortsDrive operational excellence through standardized processes, documentation, and best practicesTrack and report on program performance, using data to optimize and scale successful approachesManage program budgets effectively, demonstrating frugality while maximizing impactCollaborate with global ABM community to share learnings and adopt proven practicesAbout the teamAWS Marketing leads the charge in cloud innovation, inspiring and empowering customers and partners to unlock their cloud potential.
