This opportunity will help us to ensure our services are visible, as well as show what Team Teesside are doing within the community to make a real difference, which you could also be part of.Key Responsibilities:Helping to develop and implement the marketing strategy online and offlineLooking at ways to increase traffic to the website and improve Team Teesside’s digital brand by using the brand guidelines and personalityContent WritingGraphic DesignSpeaking with people who have accessed our services as well as family members to tell the story of why the hospice is neededCompassion and empathyTact and sensitivityAbility to work alone and as part of a teamPolite and approachableProfessional approachTraining Requirements:Teesside Hospice mandatory trainingVolunteer induction trainingAny other training identified as appropriate to the roleSupport and Supervision:Your first line of support and for any enquiries will be your Line Manager to support you in your role.Communications:Your line manager will regularly provide you with any information updates, training opportunities and upcoming events appropriate to your role.
