OverviewUK Marketing Manager – 12 months FTC MAT Cover. Hybrid – Woking HO x 3 days, WFH x 2. This is a role for a commercially minded and creative Marketing Manager to lead and execute the marketing strategy for a leading Consumer Goods/Lifestyle brand. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you'll be responsible for planning and delivering integrated campaigns across digital channels, driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.This role is ideal for a hands-on marketer with a strong digital background who can balance strategic thinking with execution.Base pay rangeThis range is provided by TeamJobs. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns with a focus on digital performance and measurable KPIs.Effectively launch new products deploying relevant marketing channels, with effective storytelling backed by insights.Own briefing and delivery of product assets, including copywriting, photography and videography.Coordinate the marketing calendar and wider marketing team to ensure timely delivery of all planned activities.Manage and optimise content for digital channels including website, SEO & blogs, Amazon brand stores, email, social.Manage PR agency from briefing to execution and reporting of all projects, including influencer programs.Own email marketing, lifecycle campaigns, and segmentation to boost customer engagement and repeat purchase.Track performance across channels, analyse KPIs, and report on campaign effectiveness, providing actionable insights.Manage assigned campaign budgets and deliver against agreed targets.Partner with sales, product, and Ecomm teams to ensure a consistent brand experience across all touchpoints.Act as brand guardian, ensuring internal and external partners represent brand in line with brand guidelines and tone of voice.Manage 2 direct reports (Social Media Managers).Skills & ExperienceProven track record in digital marketing ideally within consumer goods, lifestyle brands.Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, email marketing tools (ideally Klaviyo), and marketing automation.Experience in integrated campaign planning - from strategy through to delivery and reporting.Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance creativity and performance.Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.A proactive, data-driven mindset with a passion for testing, learning, and optimising.BenefitsHolidays 23 per year + Bank HolidaysPrivate Medical and Dental CoverLife AssuranceBeautiful contemporary office and wonderful working cultureHow to applyPlease apply or get in touch to hear more.
