Central Employment are working with a global distributor of industrial products, as they look to recruit a UK Marketing Manager to operate from there Teesside office.

UK Marketing Manager profile: This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic, results-driven leader with a strong track record in B2B marketing, digital strategy, and campaign execution. The ideal candidate will bring fresh ideas, commercial awareness, and the ability to elevate brand presence across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. Lead all digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, PPC, email campaigns, social media, and website optimisation. Oversee the production of high-quality marketing content such as brochures, white papers, case studies, videos, and product guides. Partner with the sales team to drive lead generation, pipeline development, and customer engagement. Ensure brand consistency across all communications and platforms. Analyse campaign performance, customer behaviour, and market trends to continuously refine strategy. Manage budgets, third-party vendors, and marketing partnerships. Coordinate trade shows, industry events, and sponsorship opportunities. Experience required: 3/5 years' experience in a marketing management role, ideally within B2B industrial sectors. Demonstrated success in delivering impactful digital and traditional marketing campaigns. Strong knowledge of marketing tools and platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, AdWords, Meta, TikTok, Mailchimp, SEMrush, Google Search Console). Excellent communication, organisational, and project management skills. Experience managing a multidisciplinary marketing team. Background in international marketing and/or e-commerce (advantageous). Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively across departments.
