This will involve preparing reports, building and exploring dashboards and evaluating the behaviour of our website visitors to meet our online conversion and web experience targets, across both B2B and B2C channels. Please visit for Tusker car website for more information**What you’ll need*** Understanding of digital marketing concepts and standard methodologies with at least 2 year's experience within an analyst or digital marketing role* Experience in reporting on customer journey, identifying improvement areas, analyzing campaign performance, offering insights to marketing team, linking to commercial goals.* Monitor website activity and keyword strategy against competitors to benchmark performance. Collect and review marketing data, including qualitative and quantitative customer and website behavioural data using tools like Content Square, SalesForce Marketing Cloud, Flipping Book, Survey Monkey and others* Compose dashboards, campaign and website performance reports with visuals to support presentations, and share insights with various collaborators from junior team members to senior colleagues.* Audit and update campaign and website tags to ensure effective tracking of user engagement, in compliance with Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), the Data Protection Act and UK GDPR to drive best practise across the marketing team.* Identify improvements for user experience and increase traffic and conversion metrics, helping drive a test and learn culture across our teams. Monitor audience behaviour, working with, Customer Experience, UX, Product and Revenue and Analysis teams to ensure our data and insights flow across multiple departments, and help support our wider business intelligence data.* Experience with online tools including GA4, Tag Manager, SimilarWeb, and Looker Studio.**And any experience of these would be really useful*** Good understanding of UTM parameters that allow for accurate tracking and recording of data across our campaigns.* Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to manipulate and interpret large data sets through formulas, Pivot Tables etc.* PowerPoint skills with the ability to condense complex information into simple and digestible insight which is adapted to different audiences.* Analytical mindset and critical thinking.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Certification in GA4* Experience in SalesForce and/or SalesForce Marketing and Cloud with a digital experience tool, preferably Content Square.**About working for us**Our focus is to ensure we're inclusive every day, building an organisation that reflects modern society and celebrates diversity in all its forms.We want our people to feel that they belong and can be their best, regardless of background, identity or culture.
