We are now looking for a Trade Marketing Support Executive who will be responsible for the successful implementation of Cruising Power 2.0 and the management of content across all other EMEA Trade Platforms. The role encompasses strategic execution and content management to ensure platforms support market needs. The Executive will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including senior management and regional stakeholders, to define and execute the roadmap for Cruising Power 2.0, while overseeing management, updates, and enhancements to multiple EMEA Trade Platform content, ensuring all resources are current, accessible, and aligned with business objectives.
Responsibilities
Work with the Global Cruising Power teams to understand customer expectations, requirements and business values for platform features.
Evaluate best practice and cost-effective translation processes once in market level.
Develop a market-level roadmap, objectives and milestones with involvement from relevant stakeholders and alignment with the product technology roadmap.
Create and maintain a timing plan to support launch of CP tool in each EMEA Market.
Work with Trade Marketing teams to produce in-market launch collateral & comms plans.
Evaluate and action training requirements for all EMEA Markets.
Work with Trade Marketing teams to create a monthly content calendar for content management of platforms and alignment across EMEA.
Lead implementation of all Cruising Power Content at market level once in bau as supplied by Trade Marketing teams, including copy, banners and other trade collateral items.
Copywriting responsibilities across Trade communications and other trade toolkits including translations.
Develop a content library for training material and ensure information is updated regularly.
Ownership of all content updates on the EMEA online portal, including loading of new assets and imagery, campaigns collateral and training modules.
Development of new landing pages for ship or product launches.
Monitor KPIs related to Trade Platform usage and content effectiveness, and implement improvements based on data analysis.
Qualifications And Education
Proven success supporting trade partners (minimum 2 years).
Knowledge of platform and design, wireframe, development and maintenance.
Knowledge and experience of digital tools.
Highly organized and capable of juggling many tasks at once while meeting deadlines.
Creative outlook with experience in proofreading and high attention to detail.
Good at identifying problems and finding solutions.
Digital Content Creation and copywriting experience.
Ability to understand reporting and action data accordingly to relevant audiences.
Knowledge of Adobe CMS would be considered a plus.
Data management via CRM (Hubspot preferable).
Experience of working in a multi-channel matrix organisation.
Work Environment
The environment includes work inside/outside the office, travel to other offices, as well as domestic, international, and shipboard travel. Ability to travel an estimated 20% of the time.
