Trade Marketing Specialist (Tools & Services) FTC 9 MonthsRed Bull UK is currently recruiting for a Trade Marketing Specialist (Tools & Services) FTC 9 Months to be based in London, UK. In this role you will lead the execution of the UK trade marketing strategy across the On Premise field team, ensuring best‑in‑class delivery against key business priorities. You will equip the field team with the tools and resources needed to drive consumption and achieve our activation targets, while ensuring Red Bull looks awesome in outlets across all segments. Strategic planning and accurate forecasting will be central to your success, along with building strong partnerships with operations and commercial finance.From pubs, bars, workplace canteens & campus to vending, limited‑service restaurants, and festivals, the On Premise is where people come together with an ice‑cold can of Red Bull. Trade marketing leads the strategy in this dynamic space – driving visible distribution, strengthening brand relevance, and increasing usage to position Red Bull as the #1 choice for both consumers and the trade.ResponsibilitiesWork closely with the finance and operations teams to optimise tools & POS forecasting, stock‑holding management and ROI tracking.Effectively manage the Trade Marketing Tools budget.Ensure we have the right tools in place by segment and account classification.Ownership of DiPo placement strategy and online/offline status reporting.Manage existing and future agencies to further drive our Number 1 ambition.Own and champion the On Premise activation strategy for the field.Track high‑impact KPIs related to activation and support scalable initiatives to help the field team meet targets.Be a key player in the business planning process and proactively support independent customer plans.Continuously track ROI of On Premise activations and adjust strategies based on performance data.Share best practice within the team and wider business and provide appropriate feedback and direction to the Field and ROPMs.Advocate the brand externally, delivering the ‘World of Red Bull’ to all key external contacts and consumers.Build strong external network to present compelling marketing strategies to key partners.Expertise in On‑Premise, spending time in trade to make informed decisions and build appropriate concepts and tools.Understand Field Teams priorities to assist in achieving objectives.Interpret business and customer objectives to create plans that win for the brand and the customer.Execution‑based mindset to deliver results.QualificationsExcellent communication, organisational and presentation skills.Strategic, leader, creative thinker.Proven On Premise experience.At Red Bull, we recognise the value that comes from having a highly diverse workforce that has the freedom and responsibility to realise their ideas and seize opportunities.
