MacGregor Black is proudly partnering with a premium, independently owned Spirits producer, in the search for a Trade Marketing Manager – US Market. This is a permrole with hybrid working from a Central London Head office, focused on building brand presence and driving trade engagement across the United States - a key growth market for the business.

This brand is known for its progressive approach to spirit production, blending tradition with creativity, and delivering storytelling-led campaigns that engage trade and consumers alike.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the U.S. trade marketing plan across both On & Off Trade channels
• Work closely with distributors and internal teams to deliver impactful campaigns and activations
• Adapt global toolkits and creative to suit U.S. market needs, legal requirements, and customer nuances
• Lead the creation of POS, sell-in decks, activation materials, and retailer/distributor support tools
• Support product launches and brand education initiatives through trade-focused campaigns
• Monitor campaign performance and report on effectiveness, ROI, and future improvements

What We're Looking For:

• 4+ years’ experience in Trade, Channel, or Campaign Marketing, ideally within Spirits, Beverage, or Premium FMCG
• Direct experience working with the U.S. distributor model (e.g. 3-tier system), and understanding of U.S. market compliance and promotional regulations
• Strong grasp of customer marketing, shopper behaviour, and the retail landscape across U.S. On & Off Trade
• Proven track record in delivering trade activations, sell-in campaigns, and BTL marketing strategies
• Proficiency in tools such as Salesforce, Asana, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Power BI, Nielsen, and IRI
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working cross-functionally across international teams
• Highly organised, commercially minded, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• A keen interest in the drinks industry is essential — a WSET qualification would be highly beneficial
• Must be based in the UK with flexibility for occasional travel to the U.S.
