This includes managing communications with suppliers, the internal trade team, creative teams, and external print providers. You are also responsible for ensuring timely and accurate promotion rollouts across both digital and print channels, as well as maintaining high standards across product listings and web content.Key Responsibilities:Supplier Activation: Manage promotional activation for over 120 suppliers. This includes Print and Digital Activation.Regularly meet with suppliers and discuss upcoming opportunities.Campaign Management: Plan, create, and deliver the monthly promotions brochure and any additional campaign materials in coordination with the trade department, suppliers, and own-label.Content & Print Coordination: Liaise with designers and external printing companies to ensure timely production and high-quality output of promotional materials.Website Activation: Oversee trade marketing activation on the Vital website, including web banners, brand pages, and ensuring products are listed correctly with up-to-date descriptions and images.Creative Resource Management: Manage the workflow and priorities of the in-house designer to ensure alignment with campaign timelines and content requirements.Own Label Strategy: Lead the strategic planning and activation of own-label promotions, ensuring brand consistency and strong performance across all promotional periods.Performance Reporting: Produce and maintain weekly, monthly, quarterly, and half-yearly reports to evaluate promotional effectiveness and provide insights for continuous improvement.CRM Management: Support the planning and execution of targeted CRM campaigns to drive customer engagement, retention, and sales performance.Key Skills & Qualifications:Strong organisational and project management skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder managementExperience in trade or retail marketing preferredFamiliarity with content management systems (CMS) and e-commerce platformsAttention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlinesProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)Knowledge of the pet industry is a plusJob Type: Full-time, in personWorking Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to FridaySeniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionMarketing and SalesWholesale #J-18808-Ljbffr
