OverviewWe’re looking for a Trade Marketing Manager to help shape, deliver and execute Scrummi’s trade marketing strategy across the UK and our global partner network. This is a roll-up-your-sleeves role in a growing SME – you’ll be just as comfortable building the plan as you are getting stuck in to deliver it.What you’ll doCreate and deliver strong trade marketing plans for our UK and global partnersPartner with the Commercial Team to develop and execute 360° campaigns that bring our brand to life, in line with global guidelinesOwn execution by ensuring all trade marketing plans are delivered on time, on budget and to a high standardManage agencies and freelancers by briefing, steering and ensuring quality outputsRepresent Scrummi by presenting confidently at internal and external meetingsDrive ROI by working closely with the Marketing Director and Commercial Director to proactively recommend approaches and activationsBuild strong relationships with wholesale partners, distributors, salons and spas to maximise every brand opportunitySafeguard the brand by ensuring consistency of Scrummi’s identity and values in all trade marketing activity and locally produced materialsCreate, manage and maintain a suite of trade marketing toolkits and sales enablement materials for partners and internal useTrack and manage budgets, ensuring activities are delivered within agreed parametersLead UK and global events strategy and execution, ensuring brand consistency and measurable impactAnalyse and report by collecting data, building reports and making clear recommendations for future activityWhat we’re looking forExperience in trade marketing, ideally within FMCG, beauty or B2B channelsA confident communicator and relationship-builder, able to influence at all levelsStrong project management skills: organised, structured and delivery-focusedHands-on, proactive and comfortable working in a lean SME environmentCommercially aware with an eye for ROI and detailCreative thinker with the ability to translate brand values into trade activationsPractical detailsChannels covered: wholesalers, distributors, salons and spas (not direct to consumer/e-commerce)Hybrid role: 3 days per week in the officeTravel: regular UK travel and some international trips requiredLocationWest Malling, England, United Kingdom #J-18808-Ljbffr
