As a Trade Marketing Intern, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that our marketing assets, samples, and selling tools are produced and delivered on time, while assisting with events, digital platforms, and showroom management. This hands-on role will give you exposure to multiple areas of trade marketing within a luxury heritage brand. Key responsibilities SELLING TOOLS PRODUCTION COORDINATION Fabrics orders management Support with selling tools and POS production Liaise with other departments to support with production requirements Help maintain production schedules and critical path timelines Communicate with suppliers and factories to support with production requirements BACK OFFICE Help in keeping the digital platforms up to date Support in coordinating the Fabrics photoshoots Support with London showroom and office management Help with assets and digital tool kits for Liberty sales team Help managing digital assets TRADE SHOWS AND EVENTS Help with trade show organisation and set-up Help maintaining critical path and deadlines Support with events organisation Personal qualities and interests Proactive and with an eye for detail Ability to work independently as well as in team Excellent organisational and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Ability to meet deadlines
