Badwater Tequila is the all-natural flavoured tequila brand for a new generation, bold in flavour, wrapped in culture and poured with confidence. From festival activations to fashion, art, and community events, we’re redefining how tequila shows up in the UK.

We’re looking for someone who can take that same energy into the trade, from cash & carries and convenience to event spaces. This isn’t about box-ticking sales calls; it’s about building relationships, creating standout experiences, and making sure Badwater Tequila owns the space wherever it lands.

What you’ll own

• New Business: Drive listings and visibility for Badwater Tequila in depots, stores, and beyond.
• Partnerships: Work hand in hand with Proof Drinks, championing Badwater Tequila with their teams and customers.
• Brand in Action: Bring the brand to life with tastings, activations, and in-store experiences that get people talking (and buying).
• On-Ground Activation: Collaborate with our brand team to make Badwater Tequila unmissable activating in trade and consumer spaces through unique experiences, personal touches, and the kind of energy that builds loyalty.
• Eyes on the Ground: Spot trends, track the competition, and feedback insights that keep us ahead of the game.

Your toolkit

• Proven experience hitting targets in sales, field marketing, or brand ambassador roles (drinks/FMCG background a big plus).
• Charisma and confidence you can connect with anyone, from depot managers to corner shopowners.
• A mindset for learning, growing, and pushing yourself.
• Full, clean UK driving licence and ready to be on the move.
• London or South of England-based, but thinking and operating on a national scale.
