TMC Marketing and Communications Manager Mission: To strengthen TMC's position as one of Europe's leading teleradiology providers by driving effective marketing, communication, and brand strategies. The Marketing and Communications Manager ensures that TMC's services, culture, and value proposition are communicated clearly to clients, radiologists, and key stakeholders across all markets. TMC is part of Unilabs, one of Europe's leading diagnostic service providers, offering laboratory, pathology, and imaging diagnostics within one group. Reports to: TMC General Manager Member of: Central Leadership Team and Commercial Leadership Team Collaboration with: Recruitment, Commercial, Operations, and Medical Leadership Teams Location: Barcelona or Reading, hybrid working possible Travel: Occasional (meetings, congresses, events, client or internal meetings)
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Brand Strategy: develop and execute TMC's marketing and communication strategy in alignment with business objectives and Unilabs group direction; strengthen brand positioning; identify and define key market segments. Content & Communication Management: manage and produce high‑quality marketing content for website, social media, newsletters; oversee promotional materials; coordinate with external providers; ensure consistency of tone and brand identity. Commercial Support: support commercial teams through campaigns, materials for lead generation, client retention; contribute to tenders, client presentations, and business development. Recruitment Marketing: collaborate with recruitment team on campaigns to attract radiologists; analyse market trends; strengthen recruitment brand. Market & Competitor Intelligence: lead ongoing analysis, track developments, generate reports; identify opportunities and risks; provide actionable insights. Internal Communication: support internal communication activities, produce updates, support newsletters and townhalls.
Requirements:
University degree in marketing, communications, business or related field. Proven experience in marketing and external communications roles, preferably within healthcare or professional services. Strong analytical and writing skills, with ability to translate data into compelling messages. Excellent command of English (native or near‑native). Knowledge of Scandinavian languages is a strong advantage. Experience with digital marketing, website management and social media platforms. Demonstrated ability to use market and competitor intelligence tools and techniques. Creative, structured, and proactive approach with strong collaboration skills.
