OverviewWe have just registered a very exciting new opportunity for an innovative and organised Marketing Campaign Manager for one of our great local clients! Are you experienced in project management and the delivery of multiple client campaigns? If so, this could be an excellent role for you. It’s an immediate start, working 37.5 hours a week Monday to Friday 9.00am-5.30pm with some flexibility to work from home where possible. The role will be ongoing whilst a permanent candidate is found. You will be working in a dog friendly office with some 4 legged helpers on site.Please note, this is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis. This role will start immediately, so sadly candidates with a lengthy notice period cannot be considered.Temporary Marketing Campaign Manager ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of EMEA-wide marketing campaignsPlan and execute campaigns tailored to local marketsOversee campaign logistics, timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple countriesRecruit, onboard and manage student ambassadorsAct as the main point of contact for campaigns, translating client briefs into actionable plansEnsure all messaging and branding aligns with clientCollaborate with internal teams and third parties to meet campaign expectations and maintain high standardsMonitor campaign performance using data tools (e.g., Excel, dashboards) and generate timely insightsGather feedback and analysis for post-campaign reviews and future planningCommunicate campaign progress, challenges, and opportunities across teamsTemporary Marketing Campaign Manager RewardsAlongside a competitive hourly rate, the successful candidate will receive the following benefits:Holiday payValuable experience in a highly regarded organizationThe CompanyAn impressive, rapidly growing company, whose passion lies in education and technology.Temporary Marketing Campaign Manager RequirementsHighly organisedData drivenExcellent attention to detailPrevious experience in campaign execution, marketing project management, or field marketingProven ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously, across multiple countries or regionsExperience managing campaign budgets and tracking spendComfortable working with clients and internal stakeholdersStrong communication and relationship-building skillsA collaborative, proactive mindsetThe ability to work in a small, fast-paced teamProficiency with key marketing tools (e.g., email marketing platforms, spreadsheets, CRM systems)LocationOur client is located in Wallingford (OX10).
