Over the course of the last 18 months, RS has brought SEO activities in-house with the aim of embedding SEO across the organisation, delivering value and positioning the function in such a way to create a strategic advantage over our competitors.Working closely with cross-functional teams, this team will set clear SEO goals, optimisation directions, and collaboratively drive successful outcomes with stakeholders. Our increased SEO maturity will set a new industry standard for SEO operational excellence.The successful candidate will be working in a wider SEO team of 16 SEO practitioners as well as a wider group of stakeholders across a multitude of functions including but not limited to Technology, Development, Product and UX.
