We are currently recruiting for a proactive and experienced Talent & Marketing Assistant based in Bedford on a full-time permanent basis.
Summary of the Talent & Marketing Assistant role
Salary: Competitive plus commission
Location: Bedford
Type of Contract: Permanent
Hours: 37 hours Monday – Thursday 9:00am – 5:30pm, Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm
Responsibilities of the Talent & Marketing Assistant
* Key support to the team for advertising jobs, managing social media, and managing the website inbox.
* Undertaking right-to-work checks and compliance on all workers
* Assisting consultants in sourcing for roles (with commission attached to this).
* Producing speculative mailers for exceptional candidates, updating LinkedIn and increasing followers
* Assisting the accounts manager with invoicing, payroll or credit control when required
* Admin support for the 6 consultants, sourcing all marketing materials and gifts, and event bookings, i.e., Festive parties.
* Handling incoming telephone calls and dealing with queries on timesheets and holiday requests.
* Manage the weekly figures for all the consultants, including updating them on the competition results weekly.
* Emailing each consultant individual reports for staff performance, design incentive drives and prizes
Requirements for a successful Talent & Marketing Assistant
* Experience in administration or office support.
* Strong IT skills, confident using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and social media platforms (LinkedIn in particular).
* Excellent communication skills with a professional, confident telephone manner.
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines.
* Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in compliance checks, reporting, and invoicing support.
* Team player with the ability to support colleagues across departments and functions.
* Marketing experience with a creative flair for producing social media content, email newsletters and other marketing material.
* Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
