The Role:
We are looking for a hands-on Automation Marketing Manager to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. You’ll play a pivotal role in transforming our marketing automation capabilities, leading platform implementation, and driving campaign performance across the funnel.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the day-to-day management of our marketing automation platform and vendor relationships.
- Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, and Tech teams to ensure seamless system integration.
- Design and optimise automated workflows, lead nurturing programs, and segmentation strategies.
- Drive the selection, implementation, and migration to a new B2B marketing automation platform.
- Build and manage landing pages, triggered sends, and lead scoring models.
- Execute A/B testing and performance optimisation strategies.
- Align automation strategies with campaign goals and sales objectives.
- Ensure GDPR compliance and maintain platform governance and documentation.
- Train and support internal users to maximise platform adoption.
- Track ROI and campaign performance, using data to inform decisions.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience with B2B marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).
- Strong understanding of the lead funnel, lead scoring, and customer journey mapping.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Skilled in HTML/CSS for email and landing page customisation.
- Analytical mindset with a track record of using data to drive marketing success.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in platform migration and change management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications :
- Educated to Degree-level or equivalent experience.
- Professional marketing or business qualification (e.g., CIM, IDM, MBA) preferred
