Salary: £40,000 – £50,000

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an independent creative media group as a Subscriptions Growth Manager, leading campaign strategy and execution across multiple titles and platforms. You’ll play a central role in coordinating campaigns, optimising funnels, and ensuring each title benefits from shared best practice while maintaining its unique editorial voice.

You’ll be a hands-on, full-funnel marketer, responsible for planning and project managing campaigns, shaping creative assets, and tracking performance, while collaborating closely with editorial, design, production, and customer service teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and manage weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual funnel plans across titles.
  • Coordinate live campaigns, winback offers, and funnel levers, ensuring clarity, consistency, and best practice sharing.
  • Manage agency relationships to optimise spend, maintain healthy CPAs, and ensure campaigns deliver effective ROI.
  • Oversee creative development across formats (static, animated, video), ensuring assets are visually strong, brand-appropriate, and digitally optimised.
  • Track and improve funnel checkpoint performance, from registration through checkout to onboarding.
  • Integrate customer insight and feedback into campaign design, championing audience needs and improving outcomes.
  • Test and innovate new formats and channels to keep campaigns fresh and effective.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in acquisition, lifecycle, or subscriptions marketing within publishers, media, or DTC brands.
  • Practical experience with GA4, email automation (Campaign Monitor / Mailchimp / Customer.io), and funnel optimisation tools.
  • Strong project management skills, able to coordinate across multiple titles and stakeholder groups.
  • Collaborative, confident, and comfortable balancing strategy with execution.

Why Apply?

  • Be part of a small, high-performing subscriptions team in a creative, independent media group.
  • Play a critical role in shaping subscription growth strategy and ensuring consistent success across multiple titles.
  • Pension contribution, staff restaurant discounts, free breakfast, and cycle-to-work scheme.
