Job Description
Development of a tailored marketing plan, meeting the needs of the student base/student groups of the College/ School, which will include the planning and execution ofA plan to drive participation and growth of the key categories, including programme of activities, food experiences and education pieces, liaising with students, parents and teachers to gain insightsDelivery of food concepts/pop ups/education liaison (Centrally developed alongside local and school initiatives and 3rd party supplier events and street pop ups) to maximise participation, and satisfactionActivity to maximise opportunity of events & key dates, College/School events including Open days, Applicant days and graduations Develop and implement a communication and engagement strategy to support the marketing plan to inform, promote, communicate and continuously engage with the student and staff population, which will include the planning and delivery media and digital communicationFeedback mechanics, forums and focus groupsCore menu and hospitality launch eventsStudent and staff satisfaction surveysStudent Ambassadors & society relationship development, including, international students, and internshipsMonthly reporting to client on Marketing initiatives within the period. Develop and adopt measurement models to benchmark and monitor the success of all activity in the marketing plan, looking at specific KPI’s around sales, average transaction value, participation satisfaction, and follow up feedback, measure ROI from the engagement activities and report results on a quarterly basis to client and Catering Director.
Qualifications
Experience in Marketing and pupil engagement and enrichment.- Essential Ideally have experience working within Education catering Have a progressive career to date Be up to date with current food trends Have a real passion for food and customer service Have good Health & Safety knowledge Exceptional time management and organisational skills Excellent verbal communication skills Exceptional physical stamina and strength Ability to work as part of a team Thoroughness and attention to detail
