The LinkedIn Marketing Solutions (LMS) Measurement Analytics Partner (MAP) team is seeking a dynamic, visionary Strategic Measurement Consultant with a strong technical background and proven expertise in marketing analytics and measurement innovations to join our global team of marketing measurement and insights experts. This team is responsible for developing and scaling leading-edge marketing measurement and insights solutions to support our LMS sales teams with deepening strategic relationships with our customers and driving commercial outcomes powered by the experiences of LinkedIn’s 1B+ members spanning over 200 countries and territories.

As a Strategic Measurement Consultant, you’ll be at the forefront of driving measurement excellence for our clients and agency partners. Partnering across sales, product, and marketing, you will lead the adoption of advanced analytics and measurement strategies, harnessing industry-leading data to unlock actionable insights and maximize advertising impact across digital platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex client and agency relationships, advising on advanced measurement frameworks that elevate business performance.
  • Develop and operationalize learning agendas and measurement strategies, fostering adoption of cutting-edge methodologies, tools, and partnerships.
  • Design and execute empirical research, A/B tests, incrementality and attribution studies, and clean room solutions to optimize campaign performance.
  • Synthesize and communicate complex research and analytics, distilling insights for both technical and non-technical senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with and advise senior cross-functional partners to identify innovation opportunities including, but not limited to new product features, measurement capabilities, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Cultivate and share measurement best practices across teams, clients, and global partners.
  • Champion a culture of experimentation, analytical rigor, and continuous improvement in measurement approaches.
  • Drive thought leadership on the future of B2B measurement working with relevant industry bodies.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • 10+ years’ experience in analytics, marketing science, measurement, or consulting, with direct client-facing leadership.
  • Bachelor's or Master’s in a quantitative or analytical field (e.g., Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics or related analytic field).
  • 5+ years' experience using Python, SQL or similar querying language.
  • 5+ years' experience in a consultative or advisory role.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Deep expertise in advertising measurement methodologies, incl. attribution, MMM, incrementality, online/offline measurement, CAPI and experimental design.
  • Strong data acumen with experience working with large-scale datasets, advanced analytics tools and/or digital AdTech ecosystems.
  • Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and translate complex analytics into actionable strategy.
  • Experience driving change through adoption of innovative measurement products and methods at scale.
  • Excellent communication skills, adept at making measurement engaging, accessible, and actionable for diverse audiences; measurement storytelling.
  • Experience in B2B marketing analytics and marketing intelligence, or B2B consulting.
  • Experience with LLM, Gen-AI techniques.
  • Experience with CRM platform technology and data structures.
  • Experience working directly with engineering and technical teams.
