Join us as a Global Outsourcers and Systems Integrator Marketing Manager!
BMC is seeking a highly motivated, experienced and results-oriented Strategic Global Partner Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll build partner marketing strategy for BMC’s strategic alliances and partners with an emphasis on GOSIs and Technical Alliances. You will be strongly connected with the partners themselves, as well as foster relationships with Technology, Sales, and other teams within BMC to develop and execute on go-to-market plans and programs. Your work will directly affect how BMC grows its SaaS and Mainframe business through expanded awareness, demand, new routes to market and partner engagement.
Role impact: You will contribute to BMC's and your own success by driving strategic partner and GOSI GTM strategy, owning marketing plans, orchestrating integrated campaigns, and maximizing joint impact with partners.
Responsibilities:
- Drive Strategic Partner and GOSI GTM Strategy: Own marketing strategy and execution for GOSIs and key focus partners, with a strong emphasis on co-sell programs and joint solution promotion.
- Produce, own and execute the Global Marketing Plan for these partners. Ensure the Marketing plan ROI is realized for BMC and Partner benefit. Plans should encompass all elements of marketing and not focus solely on events.
- Orchestrate Integrated Campaigns: Align partner messaging and tactics within BMC’s broader demand engine — including regional campaigns, ABM motions, partner strategy and digital journeys.
- Maximize Joint Impact: Collaborate with partner and BMC alliance teams to secure MDF, build co-branded campaigns, and deliver using a clear and measurable end-to-end lead to deal registration process.
Qualifications:
- You hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, sales, marketing, or a related field with demonstrable B2B marketing experience and partner marketing, particularly in the Global Outsourcers, System Integrator, MCF space.
- You are familiar with “sell to”, “sell through”, “co-sell” and similar sales and marketing motions.
- You have experience in developing integrated marketing plans and co-branded campaigns that drive measurable results.
- You have a strong understanding of enterprise software sales and the cloud ecosystem.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Salary & Benefits
The annual base salary range represents the low and high end of the BMC salary range for this position. Actual salaries depend on a wide range of factors. The range listed is one component of BMC's compensation package and may include a variable plan and country-specific benefits. Mid point and range: £51,825 - £86,375. Min salary £51,825; Max salary £86,375.
