Sr Manager, Marketing Credit – PayPal UK is seeking a passionate and experienced senior marketing manager to drive growth and engagement of our credit products within the UK market. Our suite of products includes our market leading credit offering and our buy now pay later proposition. Forming part of the UK marketing team, you'll be the champion for these offerings, crafting and executing marketing strategies that don't just acquire customers, but retain them.   • Lead complex marketing projects and initiatives to drive business growth

What You\'ll Do

  • Be the Architect of Growth: Lead, craft and implement bold and effective marketing strategies for PayPal\'s growing suite of credit products in the UK, deeply aligned with our ambitions and the needs of our customers
  • Orchestrate Captivating Campaigns: Lead the lifecycle of campaigns including launches across diverse channels, ensuring every touchpoint resonates and drives action
  • Master the Art of Connection: Deeply understand our UK customers, segment them with precision, and craft irresistible marketing initiatives that fuel acquisition, activation, and unwavering engagement with our credit products
  • Craft Compelling Narratives: Develop magnetic messaging that speaks directly to the UK audience, clearly articulating the incredible value and benefits of PayPal\'s credit offerings
  • Turn Data into Your Superpower: Define and meticulously track KPIs, transforming performance data into actionable insights that drive continuous improvement and ROIC
  • Collaborate Across Borders: Work closely with product, risk, analytics, legal, and compliance teams in the UK, and actively partner with the US marketing team to align global strategies, and explore opportunities for cross-market synergy
  • Be a Market Maverick: Stay ahead of the curve by understanding the UK credit landscape, dissecting competitor moves, and navigating regulatory shifts to uncover opportunities
  • Own Your Impact: Manage the credit product marketing budget with strategic brilliance, ensuring every investment delivers maximum impact and a strong ROIC
  • Meet The Team: Contribute to brand awareness and drive consideration of PayPal credit products against UK consumer objectives, guided by PayPal\'s six team principles

What We\'re Looking For

  • A significant track record of impactful marketing within financial services, ideally with a focus on credit products in the UK
  • History of conceiving and executing game-changing marketing campaigns with measurable outcomes
  • Exceptional analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities to connect across teams and geographies
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where ideas matter
  • Proficiency in leveraging marketing tools and technologies to their fullest potential
  • Bachelor and/or equivalent work experience
