About Us

Allied Global Marketing is a full-service marketing agency with deep roots in entertainment, culture, and lifestyle. We work with some of the world’s most iconic brands to deliver integrated campaigns across paid, earned, and owned channels. We’re forward-thinking, data-informed, and invested in building systems that scale, especially in the age of automation and AI.

About the Role

We’re hiring a strategic, execution-focused Sr. Director, Marketing Technology & Data to lead the development of our digital platforms, marketing analytics, and product innovation. This role sits at the intersection of web development, SEO, product development, and marketing data infrastructure—turning technology into measurable business value.

The ideal candidate is equal parts systems thinker and builder: able to shape vision, manage delivery, and bring structure to innovation. You’ll oversee a team of developers, SEO specialists, and data analysts, as well as external partners. Your scope will include leading website and owned media builds, driving SEO and conversion performance, evolving our dashboards and attribution frameworks, and building AI-enabled tools that scale creative and strategic workflows.

This role is U.S. remote, but we will be prioritizing candidates based on the East Coast.

What You’ll Do

  • Set and execute MarTech and data strategy across internal platforms, websites, and client-facing tools
  • Lead website development, SEO strategy, and technical site optimization to ensure digital performance
  • Oversee marketing data infrastructure: dashboards, pixel placement, tracking, and attribution systems
  • Drive product development of AI-enabled tools, automation systems, and internal platforms that enhance marketing workflows
  • Manage internal and external contributors across engineering, SEO, data, and product functions
  • Ensure technical quality and delivery across website builds, analytics platforms, and digital media tracking
  • Partner with Strategy & Media teams to translate data into insights, optimize campaigns, and validate attribution
  • Evaluate vendors and partnerships to advance our MarTech, analytics, and AI roadmap
  • Translate emerging technologies into usable, scalable tools with clear value for internal teams and clients

What You’ll Bring

  • 10+ years in a digital product, MarTech, or data leadership role within a marketing-driven organization
  • Proven expertise in web development, SEO, analytics platforms, and marketing attribution
  • Hands-on experience with pixels, conversion tracking, and attribution models across digital campaigns
  • Experience leading delivery of dashboards, reporting platforms, and marketing automation systems
  • Strong fluency in product development lifecycles, data architecture, and web infrastructure
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and external partners, aligning technical execution with business goals
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to frame technical decisions for non-technical stakeholders
  • Familiarity with LLM applications, AI API integration, and data-driven marketing technology
  • Background in agency, consultancy, or media settings with rapid campaign delivery cycles
  • Track record of developing tools that connect content, analytics, and creative workflows
