Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in the Manchester and Cheshire area for a Social Media & Marketing Executive. The role involves managing the social media platforms for our five restaurants, with a particular focus on developing engaging TikTok content and growing our online presence. The position also includes supporting a variety of general marketing tasks across all sites, such as assisting with promotional campaigns, responding to online reviews, updating digital listings, and helping to coordinate events and partnerships. This is a hands-on role that requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to represent the Cibo brand consistently across all channels.

Qualifications

• Social media marketing and social media optimisation (SMO) skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Content strategy and writing skills
• Experience in managing social media campaigns preferably with hospitality brands
• Knowledge of digital marketing trends and tools
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Supporting marketing campaigns
• Responding to Google reviews and online feedback in line with our brand voice
• Updating online listings and ensuring brand consistency across digital platforms
• Assisting with event promotion, partnerships, and other marketing activities
• Monitoring performance and reporting on social media and campaign metrics
