OverviewWe have an exciting opportunity for a passionate Social Media Marketing Exec to join a dynamic national hospitality organisation. We are looking for a creative individual with a talent for content creation who is tech savvy and capable of capturing target audiences with engaging, current content across social media channels, with a key focus on Instagram and TikTok.You will identify the latest social trends and align them to maximise engagement, grow channels and enhance brand visibility.The Role BriefDevelop creative and engaging social media campaigns through storytelling and content that inspires and engages audiences.Add creative input and assist in developing and building social media strategy to drive growth, engagement and brand visibility.Planning and delivering daily content, scheduling for Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.Leading paid social media strategy, from briefing through to optimisation and reporting.Building key relationships with influencers, content creators and employees to bring the brand to life.Producing video content and brand photography across TikTok/Instagram.Being a social media ambassador, keeping up to date with the latest trends and sharing creative ideas.About youYou will have solid social media marketing experience in creating engaging content across all social media channels.Excellent communication skills, ability to work on multiple projects and execute a range of social media campaigns.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, take the lead on campaigns, and possess excellent organisational and project management skills.Knowledge and experience of paid socials, competent with analytics and providing recommendations to improve performance.A creative mindset with experience in creating engaging, fun social content.Excellent communication skills and confidence to engage with employees to capture social content across different operations.Strong copywriting, written and verbal communication skills.A degree in Marketing, PR, Digital is desirable.You will work for an exciting and growing national company.Compettive salary; potential for growth and development; staff discounts on food and drinks, company events & socials, rewards and awards, and opportunities for flexible work-from-home days.Company and application notesHesketh James Recruitment are the managing agent for this role on behalf of the client.
