About the Role

Our client are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Social Media & Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engage with our audience, and drive business growth across various social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Strategy Development and Implementation:
    • Create and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives
    • Develop content calendars and plan social media campaigns across multiple platforms
    • Collaborate with various departments to ensure consistent brand messaging and voice
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform updates
  • Content Creation and Curation:
    • Produce engaging, high-quality content for social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and graphics
    • Adapt content to suit different social media channels and target audiences
    • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives
    • Collaborate with designers and copywriters to create visually appealing and compelling content
  • Community Management and Engagement:
    • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across social media platforms
    • Foster positive relationships with followers and influencers
    • Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
    • Identify and engage with potential brand advocates and influencers
  • Analytics and Reporting:
    • Monitor and analyze social media metrics using tools such as Hootsuite and native platform analytics
    • Generate regular reports on social media performance, including engagement rates, reach, and conversions
    • Identify trends and insights to inform future social media strategies
    • Present findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders
  • Campaign Management:
    • Plan, execute, and manage social media campaigns across various platforms
    • Coordinate with other marketing team members to ensure integrated campaign efforts
    • Monitor campaign performance and make real-time adjustments to optimize results
    • Conduct post-campaign analysis and report on outcomes
  • Brand Presence and SEO:
    • Develop strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement on social media platforms
    • Implement SEO best practices in social media content to improve search engine rankings
    • Monitor brand mentions and sentiment across social media channels
    • Collaborate with the SEO team to align social media efforts with overall SEO strategy
