Through their work they have increased donations for charities and driven traffic to charity websites. They specialise in crafting impactful digital marketing strategies, creative campaigns and go-to-market plans. This is a full-time, permanent role, home based within the UK with meetings in Bradford twice a week minimum.ResponsibilitiesAs Social Media Manager, you will:Develop and execute creative social media strategies with a key focus on TikTokEngage with online communities and foster brand loyaltyProduce short-form video content and leverage platform trends, storytelling, and viral marketingUtilise knowledge of social media algorithms, analytics and content strategiesCollaborate with the team to align campaigns with charitable and values-based objectivesQualifications and experienceIdeal candidates will have 2-3 years of social media experience, ideally within an agency or in-house at a brand. You should be a TikTok enthusiast who understands platform trends, storytelling and viral marketing. Strong knowledge of social media algorithms, analytics and content strategies is essential. Ability to create short-form video content (CapCut or similar editing tools is a bonus).
